We pride ourselves in our work with 'out of state buyers'. This type of inspection requires solid communication and as much usefull information we can provide to the buyer. We realize we are the eyes and ears of these buyers. Considering they more than likely do not know anyone in the area we try be become a company they can trust. We take more pictures of the house in general and be sure the buyers have good pictures of the problems we discover. It gives us great pleasure to get rave reviews in this day and age from those customers in particular. |
